Fitness and Training

Fitness and Training are essential processes in sustaining your health and longevity. Fitness is the process by which someone creates programs and exercises to execute those programs. Training is the act of exercising and doing the work to burn fat, build muscle, increase serotonin and dopamine in our brain, and strengthen our skeletal frame. Fitness is when somebody cares enough about themselves that they do things they don't want to do to feel better.

Do you care about your health? Do you care about feeling young while growing old? Do you want to be able to enjoy life without a lot of aches and pains at 70? If that answer is yes, then you care and need to do something about it.

Fitness and Training Topics

Fitness and training topics will be diverse because I care enough to share my thoughts and teach as much as I can about what I learned about training for free to help you move and get better results out of your workouts. I've tested and used nearly every program on the market and tried and learned almost every type of weight training out there, therefore, I do have a good understanding ing of these topics.

Fitness and training topics we will discuss:

  • Weight training
  • Cross-fit
  • Bodybuilding
  • Cardio
  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Bod-weight training
  • Cognitive training
  • Brain and Body training
  • Yoga
  • Bag training

These are just the starting point and I may update this page and add more as I see fit and think of more specific focus areas.

My Thoughts and Story in Fitness

I've always been an athlete. I learned how to train when I was 7 years old. l trained hard and focused on sports. In my teens when I stopped playing sports as much, I grew into more of an artist and still heavily focused on training and learning more about all-around physical health and fitness. You can see I have a health and nutrition category I'm writing about as well. Fitness has always been important to me. I never stopped and always trained hard. I almost became a trainer actually and over the past 15 years, I've been asked hundreds of times if I was a trainer. I have taught many of training my thoughts on training as well.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my thoughts on fitness and training. I hope you find value and are able to implement the ideas I share.
