Podstud
Head of product and marketing for a podcasting workflow platform. The model started in entrepreneurship courses. I took it out of the classroom: product, positioning, and the path to market. Two and a half years, remote, fully mine.
Brian S. Boros
Go-to-market and product, across sales, marketing, and the roadmap between them. Twelve years with founders. One company of my own. Sales floors in Chicago. A philosophy degree still underway, and five certifications.
01 · The practice
Podstud was the company. The freelance practice is the through-line. New projects show up on the site as they become real.

Go-to-market and product for companies at any stage. Positioning and messaging, roadmaps, launches, and the sales tools that follow a story. I sit between the product team and the market: features into a narrative, customer needs into what actually ships.
02 · The seats
Product, go-to-market, and the startup practice. The companies sit inside these.
Roadmaps, feature priority, and delivery. Customer needs lined up with what the business is trying to do.
Positioning, messaging, launches, and the sales motion that follows a story.
The consulting practice since 2014, and Podstud, the company I founded. Early teams, from the idea to a market that can buy it.
03 · Credentials
Two from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Three from the Product Marketing Alliance. Dates only where they are already on the certificate.
04 · Study
Purdue University, bachelor’s degree, undergraduate, 2016 through the present. The coursework is where Podstud’s model started. It is still the long thread under the companies: ask a better question, then turn the answer into something a market can use.
